Membership Eligibility
You are eligible to join the credit union if you are employed by or are a member of any of the following employers or groups. You may also be eligible if an immediate family member is a current or potential member. To verify your eligibility for membership please contact us at 860-646-8870.
As of 04/01/2024 anyone who lives, works, worships, goes to school, or conducts business in the Town of Windham (zip codes 06226,06266,06256,06280) will now qualify for membership.
If your current employer is not listed below you can ask them to contact Roberto Delgado (860-646-8870, x-121) at the credit union for information about how they can join our field of membership. Then all of your co-workers will be able to enjoy the benefits of credit union membership, such as great rates and lower fees.
Included in our field of membership for all eligible employees are: family members*, household members**, retirees of the above schools and organizations, and un-remarried spouses of persons who died while within our field of membership.
If you're a Manchester student, or a family member (see below) of a Manchester student, you can open an account at Northeast Family FCU.
*Family members are defined as: spouse, children, parents, sisters, brothers, stepchildren, stepparents, grandchildren and their spouses.
**Household members are defined as: individuals living in the same residence and who maintain a single economic unit.
