Northeast Family becomes

Self-Help Federal Credit Union

Northeast Family FCU merged with Self-Help FCU in May of 2025. The next phase of our transition to Self-Help FCU is to adopt all of Self-Help FCU’s products, services, policies and procedures. 

We call this next phase a "system conversion," which will include a new website, new online banking, and member access to a total of four Self-Help FCU branches in Connecticut (Manchester, N. Windham, and two in Hartford).
